Copyright & Licenses for Digital Patterns All stained glass patterns, designs, and digital files sold on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Art & Glass Studio. When you purchase a digital pattern, you are purchasing a license to use the design, not the rights to the design itself.
1. Standard License (Hobby & Personal Use) By default, all pattern purchases include a Standard Hobby License.
• You are welcome to use our patterns to create physical stained glass items for yourself, your home, or to give as gifts to friends and family.
• You may NOT sell the physical items made from these patterns under this standard license.
2. Commercial License (Available for Panel Patterns) If you are a stained glass artist and wish to sell the physical panels you create using our patterns, you will need a Commercial License.
• Commercial Licenses are available for our stained glass panel patterns.
• The cost of a Commercial License is an additional 50% of the pattern’s base price.
• How to get it: Please contact us directly our Contact page before purchasing. Let us know which pattern you are interested in, and we will issue a custom invoice for the pattern with the Commercial License included.
3. Digital File Restrictions (Strictly Prohibited) Under NO circumstances (regardless of the license type) may you share, distribute, reproduce, publish, or resell the digital pattern files (PDF, SVG, or any vector formats) themselves. You may not modify our designs and claim them as your own original work. If you share photos of your finished stained glass work online, credit to Art & Glass Studio for the pattern design is required and greatly appreciated!
Handmade Variations (For Physical Items) Please note that our physical stained glass items are handmade. Glass colors and textures may vary slightly from the photos, as every sheet of glass is unique and looks different depending on the lighting.
